Horrible customer service! I bought a washer and dryer from this store and paid for the installation and extra parts needed for installation (including dryer hose). I paid for the entire cost upfront trusting them to be a good alternative to big box stores). The delivery guys showed up and told me that the hose they got is not long enough. I offered to get a longer hose but they said they won’t wait for me. They left WITHOUT INSTALLING the appliances properly. Whats worse is that THEY DIDN’T ASK FOR MY SIGNATURE TO CONFIRM DELIVERY!! Then I called Airport appliance customer service. They didn’t offer me a date for someone else to come in and complete the installation. They told me that the delivery folks should have asked for my signature. If they faked my signature, I will seem possible legal action against the relevant party!! Otherwise I technically haven’t received the appliances.
STAY AWAY from shady stores like these, go to reputable big box stores and save yourself the headache!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

We purchased a washer / dryer from them 3 years ago. We purchased an extended warranty as well. We've been having issues with our washer for a few months and have been trying to get it serviced. Turns out Airport Appliance uses an outsourced vendor to handle warranties. That vendor is called Epic (I believe). Epic is potentially the worst company on the planet. Over 50 pages of complaints on the BBB site. We haven't been able to get Epic to do anything. And despite call after call to Airport Appliance -- they haven't been able to do anything either.

Absolutely one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had.

We were buying new appliances for the entire kitchen - which is a daunting task! Linda went above and beyond, not just helping us with what to buy, but also figuring out different permutations of the deals so we could get the best price for what we had shortlisted. She helped us schedule delivery based on when we needed things, and she even called to remind me to fill out a rebate form before the deadline so I wouldn’t lose the savings. Linda is awesome - would recommend working with her to anyone in market for appliances.

This review is for the customer service, or lack thereof, from Airport Home Appliance.
I recommended that my mother purchase a new refrigerator from Airport. What a mistake! We would have received better service from Amazon or Home Depot. I called to see what could be done about the water feature not working and all I got was the run around and "we will call you back" - which they did not.

I have purchased from them before but all went well. I guess if you have any problems they wash their hands of the whole mess. And brick and mortar stores wonder why they are becoming non-existent. So very disappointed in the customer service but my lesson has been learned. I will purchase from somewhere else in the future.

We bought 6 new appliances for our home. The sale went smoothly but everything since that point has been a disaster. The dishwasher hasn’t worked since day 1. We want a new dishwasher and they keep pushing us through the warranty. If the appliance never worked they should send us a new one. They are sending repair people out from multiple companies and they both say the whole pump and motor need replacing. The parts are back ordered and we are left handwashing all of our dishes. A huge amount of work since everything was recently moved and needs to be washed. The store manager Juliana Equihua says she has another unit in stock at the store, but has so far refused to help us get that delivered and installed. The manager and store has made 4 promises to follow up and call and never does. This has been going on for weeks. We feel totally blindsided and neglected and do not recommend anyone use this company.

Of the joys of adulting, but needed a new washing machine. Walked in, waited 5 mins before being helped on the floor. Got a new set delivered in 2 days. Great service and quality installation with removal of my broken set. Highly recommend.
