The only reason I gave them one star, is because I can’t give zero stars.
I paid them ~$400 and they claim I didn’t, which is basically theft. I’ve been trying for months to reach their billing department, left tens of voicemails, spoke to their Philippine call center, opened multiple tickets, provided references numbers of the payments I did. No success. No one called back, no one answer when the guys in the Philippines “transfer” me to the billing department. Never experienced such a crooked company. Be aware!

It's like they aren't even a company -- when you have to work with them its seems like its just a group of family members who got into the CPAP supply business but really didn't want to. They do not return calls or emails. And if you do hear back from them weeks after a request they have none of the information on hand from your initial request.

Everyone check your insurance paperwork (EOB, explanation of benefits) for this company. I was charged not only my portion but the insurance company's portion. So essentially they have been overpaid. I had to bring it to their attention. It has been 2 months now and I have still not received my refund check. Be careful!

This company is an absolute mess. If you have other ANY other options for supply companies, go with those. I have had deal with them for years and there’s ALWAYS some sort of problem or internal mix up that delays your supplies, they don’t include all of your supplies in your shipment or they just, straight up, don’t ship your stuff to you.

Good luck trying to get help on the phone. If, by chance, you do get a human being to answer a phone it quickly becomes painfully obvious why nothing goes smoothly with them.

The website is a joke as well. All the information reads like a poor translation from another language and there is not a whole lot of useful information to begin with.

Personnel won't return calls. They refused to accept my input (Medicare phone #'s) to allow proper processing of my claim for DME replacement.
Went with Lincare and received excellent service. Lincare's respiratory therapist very knowledgeable, considerate, and willing to follow up.

Terrible communication and lack of customer service. I would use another equipment supplier if you can. I've even gone as far as contacted my insurance for them and they still don't get it.
