I contacted Blue Star Gas because my regular LP gas provider seemed to go up way beyond what I considered reasonable. Blue Star bettered their quote by 80 cents a gallon and when you buy almost 500 gallons at a time, that is a lot of money! I may switch over to them for my full-time supplier since I purchase over 2,500 gallons a year due to using it to generate power as I live off-grid. Great job!

Jenny, Ron and Charlie were wonderfully helpful and very professional when we called to express concerns about being low on propane during this recent storm. Jennie handled our situation with a high level of expertise and friendly customer service. She listened, acted, and followed up to resolution. Superb! Separately, Ron (route driver) took our call and cheerfully and patiently explained some things about the delivery process, and Charlie (our route driver) showed up in the nasty weather and refilled our tank before we even knew he had done it! Thank you, Blue Star for taking such excellent care of this customer!

I am a participating balloon pilot in the 2024 Montague Hot Air Balloon Fair. Blue Star Gas supplied the propane to fuel the hot air balloons. Their personnel stood by patiently to fuel the hot air balloons each day of the event. Blue Star Gas has been supporting this community event for many years. To date, our experience with Blue Star Gas has been a positive one. We wanted to downsize our tank from a 500 gallon one to a 250 gallon one since we now only use propane to heat water in a tank-less water heater. So I reached out to Blue Star and spoke with Nicole who is very knowledgeable and who helped get the ball rolling. She explained what would be involved and went over the tank rental costs and costs of the initial fill. On the day of installation, Steve and Adam came to our home, removed the old tank after first removing what gas was still in it, installed the new tank, filled it with the gas removed from the old tank and put on a new regulator. They too were knowledgeable and sticklers for detail which I really appreciate. The next day, the tank was filled and the propane tank monitoring device was the placed on the tank. When the first bill arrived I noticed an error had been made. I called Blue Star and with the help of Mary Ann and Nicole the issue was resolved and apologies given. Everyone from Blue Star we've had contact with has been friendly, personable and knowledgeable and that has made this a truly positive and pleasant experience.

Chad and his team at the Blue Star Mt. Shasta location were exceptional in their customer service and came to the rescue by inspecting two LPG tanks and replacing a valve in a 60 minute time frame. A tremendously busy time approaching the Memorial Day holiday and they were able to get us and our tanks back on the road in a safe and efficient manner. My hat is off to Blue Star with a big Thank You for their help in our time of need. I recommend Blue Star Gas to everyone.

My name is Eric Dyck from Mt. Shasta and Blue Star Gas has been very professional and friendly. Gary and Chad came out the other day and did some equipment repair and were very fast and did a very efficient job. Mike has always been very helpful when it comes to knowledge and experience on their products. Renee in the office always greets you with a friendly hello and how can I help you. Overall everyone from delivery man, service people, and office management has alway treated me like I was their most important customer.
