It's more like a housing park.. Clean & Decent roads..Has a banquet room for celebrating or business.. The people who live in this park are mostly kind and caring.. There are a few jerks but that is everywhere. Rent isn't to expensive..Of course they have rules. I would say it' seems like a decent place to live.. It's located on old stage road. No gates for entry.. I would say it's one of the better mobile or small home parks around this area..

Lived here since 2015. Park is relatively in good repair over all. Management is very substandard, In my view. In my view. Very difficult to get a hold of, as there are no assigned office hours. Easier by phone possibly. Park rules do not seem to apply to friends of the managers. Other rule abiding residents get written up or stalked and written up if the manager or assistant manager doesn’t like them, That’s what I was told by one resident and experienced personally.Both the manager and the assistant manager Have atrocious language. The complex also has drug dealing going on that Has not been resolved to my Knowledge. Manager says most of them live in the back of the park. I have had the door of the managers office slammed in my face. I have been set up to come down to the office when the new owners are there, not knowing they are the new owners, and then being asked to get out while asking for the new owners information. I was given multiple appointments to get the new owners information, and then the manager would just not show up. Then, I got a letter in the mail saying I was harassing her and that I could no longer come to the office or call the office. As if that was ever my plan to do again. In my opinion. It appears to be getting cleaned up since new ownership. However, I would steer clear of Shadowmountain mobile home park Based on what I know about the park.Unfortunately, I learned this lesson a little too late. Hope this helps others in the future!
