We had suprina and her whole attitude sucked. Drive through window had a nasty smell coming out, had pur food slung at us through the window, our food came out cold, hash brown rounds tasted like they sat out all day, soda was flat. Don't know who is running that place but they need to get a grip. I will never take my family here again Suprinas attitude didn't make anything any better.

Came back again this morning, got the usual pork chop and gravy biscuit. I was stressing due to time restraint, shouldn't have stressed so hard! They were QUICK! This time the manager served me, she was great and the food as always was fresh and hot.. thank you Hardee's! See ya in the morning!!!

Started coming back more often especially mornings because of the quality of the food and service. For months the service has been top notch. I came back a second time today to get her name ( and another biscuit, pork chop and gravy ) I think the guy said Reanna. I maybe wrong, but she definitely doesn't get the credit she deserves for the work I have seen her do. She's the employee that does right when no ones looking. No matter of she's handling 1 drive through customer or 15. I have watched her handle customers with respect and courtesy. Thank you Hardee's for hiring quality people. Your lucky to have her. I just wish she worked every where.

I tried the new tender platter today, it was PERFECT! Fresh tenders, coleslaw and garlic toast! It comes in a cute little box with everything you need, sauce included. The crew was really friendly and I got my order fast.The restaurant was super clean, even the bathroom! I would definitely recommend this Hardee's!

Pulled into the parking lot and a female employee was sitting on the sidewalk smoking. She looked at me and gave me a filthy look. My sister came in to town for our mom's 83rd birthday and I got to the counter. Same employee said in snippy tone "what can I get for you?" I matched her tone and said "I don't know, just wait." There was no one else in the restaurant except her and a male cook. Placed the order for a blt chicken (sandwich only) single cheeseburger and small fry for our 83 year old moms birthday at her request and a hamburger combo for my sister. The employee immediately got 1 order of fries and placed under the heat lamp. Loud rap music was coming from the food prep area. My sister filled her drink and we finally received our order. Drove 12 miles home and realized they forgot the small fry for our mom. The chicken sandwich with bacon was cold. God only knows how old it was. Her attitude is terrible and the food prep guy doesn't seem to understand the food should be served at the correct temperature. Hardee's in Hamilton Alabama used to be decent but yesterdays visit taught me a valuable lesson. Hardee's will NEVER got another dime from my family in Alabama or anywhere else.

I went to hardees in Hamilton today and grabbed a Frisco. It was soo good! What I like about this location is you can see straight in the kitchen as they make your food. The restaurant and kitchen were super clean! The crew was working together and very happy. We will definitely be back!
