3nd day in a row, ordered the number 5 , both times requested no ketchup the one taking order was not very polite. But thankful the sweet older lady was at the window, shes your best employee there. She is always so courtious, maybe have her train the rest on how to speak to customers ? ..Normally I don't complain but the last few months service has really gotten horrible , and orders are constantly missed.

This was our very first time in a Jack's Restaurant and I have to say it was wonderful for fast food. The dining room was spacious and very clean and they even had the fireplace going. I had the chicken sandwich and it was not only HUGE, bur super crispy and tasty. The seasoned fries were delightful. My wife had the chicken dinner and the chicken was wonderful, crispy and seasoned just right. I just checked the locations and NONE in Florida. Looks like we will do a ROAD TRIP to Georgia for our next JACK's.

Ordered dinner for the family of 2 meals for adults and 4 kids meals and had it doordashed. They forget a kids drink and a side item and wanna blame it on doordasher. The service was awful and had a piss-poor attitude toward my fiancé after he had to go pick it up and the side item was tossed at him, and sad to say I use to work for this same place. Even my doordasher said they were rude to them. And this is not the first time jacks forgets something in our meals it’s everytime!!

I went thru the drive thru, and I paid $4.36 for the regular fry and regular drink to get the free big jack. The fries tasted ok, and I had a little hash round in with them. The girl taking my order spoke clearly, and the guy at the window was nice. There are some little things they could do to improve, but overall they did well. The customized burger was good and accurate.

I am normally not one to leave reviews. When it’s good, it’s goooood. But I find that I only get what I asked for about half the time and the quality of the food is not consistent. I know now that when I go there I HAVE to check and make sure I was given the correct items. I love jacks breakfast too. But half the time the biscuits are amazing and the other half they are like hockey pucks. I’ve also heard management through the drive through window being incredibly rude to their own employees. 🙁 The staff has always been friendly to me. If I could leave some constructive feedback it would be to work on accuracy and consistency.
