I’ve used Midas for several years (at least 3 vehicles). Most recently I needed breaks and rotors. They could get them but I opted to supply the parts. I feel like I was charged a fair price for labor and the work was done the same day. Tim, at the Hoover location, provided excellent customer service and was very easy to work with. I’d recommend them!

my husband and I have had the most positive experience at this location. The general manager was very accommodating and professional. We were able to get our oil changes done in a very timely manner and treated very kindly! Would highly recommend coming here for all of your car needs

I highly recommend using Midas in Hoover, AL for all your car needs. I just had an oil change and it was Amazing. Great customer Service, good communication, I was able to get in & out really fast and they made sure everything was checked & that I was able to ride smoothly. The manager was very sweet & patient & as a girl i definitely appreciate it I’ll definitely be back !

I dropped by for an pull change, everyone was very nice and attentive. Clean and quiet waiting room, easy to find! I was going to reason next door to eat, but they were too quick. Great service, I'll be back for sure!

I highly recommend using Midas in Hoover, AL for your car service needs. I just had an oil change and it was a great experience. I was able to get in immediately and they very thoroughly checked everything on my car along with the oil change.
Tim kept me updated about the timing and progress while I waited and at the end provided me with an inclusive list of things of things that I needed to consider doing and the order of importance.
There was no pressure about it and I felt like they were being honest and telling me the things that would keep me safe and my Jeep in good working condition so I could make those decisions when I could afford to do so.
It was a much better experience than I’ve had at some express oil change places and less expensive!
As a female who knows next to nothing about cars, I appreciated the level of communication, respect, and empathy I experienced.
