We have used Po Boy's deer processing for 20 plus years and have never had an issue with their service. But we as frequent customers, have seen the staff put it 16 plus hours a day processing deer and making sausage, seven days a week, including holidays. The owner and staff's efforts do not go unnoticed, their deer sausage is hands down the best I have ever eaten. Even though, sometimes it may take a little longer than expected, because life happens, the fininshed product is worth the wait!.

I carried my deer meat to them Oct 28th for smoked sausage. They told me about a week to do it. Today is Nov 16th and they can't tell me when it will be ready. Only wish I could rate no stars

Po Boy’s is the only place I would bring my deer. The people are great, the product is perfect, the summer sausage is by far the best I’ve ever had. The price is fair and everything is packaged great.
