My husband had been raving about this place for months after he visited on a work trip. We finally made it for spring break with the whole family and man was he not kidding! This was a whole experience! From the tasting, to the history lesson and ending with the amazing cocktails, we loved it! They even impressed our history buff grandparents!! We actually came back a second time in the same day! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Had a fantastic experience here… this mother daughter team rock! Not only do they present their products in a very entertaining and informative way, but ALL are absolutely delicious. The vodka was so smooth and drinkable, will definitely be my “go to” as long as I’m in the area. What was most interesting was how much I enjoyed the liqueurs. We enjoyed them just for sipping as well as part of their cocktails. No surprise we left with a total of 4 bottles … and added a 5th later in the week! This is a place you don’t want to miss if ever near Elijay GA.

This place a wonderful gem! We got the start treatment from the owner - she gave us a short tour of her spotless distillery and some really interesting history nuggets about distilling. The vodka and gin she makes are like nothing I’ve ever tasted. So delicious! You can tell they’ve been made with so much care and research! Definitely go check out this treat of an experience!

This distillery is such a diamond in the rough. The owners, the tour, the taste and of course THE PRODUCT….absolute perfection. An amazing combination of sophisticated and unique (and delicious!!) spirits, love of distilling and the history of distilling. Our entire group absolutely loved it. Do not miss this stop!!! The location may not seem appealing but as soon as you step in the door, you will be deported into a distiller’s passion and will be so happy you made the stop. Enjoy!

This place is absolutely fantastic! Caroline and her stunning Mama Sabine are so gracious. We had a wonderful time tasting, laughing, and swapping stories of Lady distillers/alcohol sales in the Deep South. Hat tip to the complexities and the smoothness of the alcoholic beverages! I tell y’all give them a try you WON’T regret it!

Absolutely worth the stop! Although if you aren’t paying attention you might miss the parking lot (it’s on a little slope) They use natural ingredients and the beverages themselves are rich in history. I enjoyed all I was able to taste and learn about these unique flavors. The environment itself was warm and inviting (loved the bear pictures in the restroom). Do recommend hanging out in the little barrels if they are open. The window opens so you get a nice breeze but are sheltered from the sun. I honestly wish that they were closer so we could come back and just hang out with a glass for a couple of hours.

I just noticed this place today it's right off Hwy 515 where you turn to go downtown Ellijay. I decided to stop in and see what it was all about. I am so glad I stopped in it is run by a lovely young lady from Germany, and her wonderful parents help her out. They gave me some knowledge on the differences between liqueurs and Brandy's. They also have their own vodka, allof their products are of the highest quality, and they are the nicest people you will meet. So if you are in Ellijay I highly recommend checking them out.

Seriously, if I could give more stars, this place deserves it!! They have only been open two weeks and they really have everything together! The atmosphere, the spirits & likors, the owners (Caroline and mom), to the little jewelry for sale…. Everything is perfect! You do not want to miss this place if you are anywhere near it… for sure worth the drive! Great stories and knowledge about this history of Likors and truly natural ingredients!
