Inferior Quality Blocks. After only 3 months the corners of blocks were eroding. Holes in the face of the blocks, that become soft when they get wet (see photos). I do not recommend purchasing Ridge Rock Plus blocks.

Family-owned and operated. Best quality cinder blocks and hardscapes that I have ever used. I only use West Block blocks no matter where in the state I am building. Not only are they the highest quality and best priced but the personel are trained and knowledgeable and have always made me feel like a part of the West family. USE WEST BLOCK! These block are such poor quality now and never square. If I returned every out of square block I’d have to bring every pallet back. Why the drop in quality?

This is the quality of the block you get from this place. About a 3rd of every pallet looks like this. Usually end up with 10 to 15 already broken sitting on the pallets. Terrible quality terrible block.

Horrible customer no-service. Tried ordering 13 pallets of retaining wall blocks, but they didn't make my order, had to wait another week, then when I try to pay, they're always on the phone or in a meeting. Geese, why is this so difficult to place an order for blocks, I mean that's what you sell, right? Recognize the resistance... We're going somewhere else, somewhere where they know how to treat people....this company is so ridiculous. Two Thumbs Down.

They have been making block worse with each passing year and I've been laying block for over 25 years today we put a foundation in and these were bar none the worst block I have ever laid. I truly do not believe these block could pass a crush test. I advise all my customers to go elsewhere. I try to support local but with this outfit I'd go elsewhere

So glad to find West Block near me! Been working on a retaining wall and couldn't find what I needed at the big box stores. Denise in the office is tremendous and this is where I'm going to finish my project!
