I have had the best experience with DWF in East Ellijay! Gina S. has been magnificent through the entire process. I was able to reserve the exact flooring I wanted at a fantastic price even though the color was in short supply due to high demand. I had a seamless experience from start to finish even though nothing about this order was typical - they helped me finalize the order and wire the payment from the remote mountains Peru, held onto the flooring until my builder was ready to receive it, and arranged delivery out of state. I cannot recommend them enough (and I personally think Gina S. hung the moon).

I contracted DWF to do the flooring and tile work in my new house. It was a long process from start to finish but Gina was a pleasure to work with the whole way. She went above and beyond her sales role to make sure that everything was completed and I was happy with the results. The installers did great work with the tile and LVP that I selected.

1. The people in the store were very friendly and accommodating while we were looking for the right flooring. 2. They delivered 5 ,6ft pallets of flooring in a 5ft wide truck, with no way to turn it correctly to offload. Their truck lift was broke, so we unloaded each box of wood, by hand onto a tractor, to put it into our garage. 3 hrs of lifting steady with no help from DWF, even when the driver called for assistance. Nice folks but I won't buy there again.

We have had a pretty terrible experience overall. Our floors were put in, we were charged for floor prep that never occurred. As a result our floors are having constant issues. Every time we call to get somebody to come back out it's an ordeal that takes months. And so far every time they have come out to "fix" the floor they have made it worse. We've given ample opportunity for these issues to be fixed and we finally just got to where we are discouraging anyone we know from getting floors from here. STAY AWAY!

Very disappointed in this place. I went in for an estimate, they sent out the guy to measure it, and said I wd get a call from my salesperson in a day or two, and now a month later, I still haven't heard from anyone. Called the store this morning, talked to Jeana, who said she sent an email, that they needed to remeasure my floor, (I never got an email, not in spam, it did not come), and I guess even if she had sent it, there was no follow up to see if I received it, if I was still interested, NOTHING. I guess they have all the business they need, but they won't get mine.

Terrible tile installers! Went through 3 of there so called tile installers, 1 week job turned into 2.5 weeks, grout lines are 1/32" to 5/16" widths, grout was missing, didn't put in metal thresholds so had to go in and cut to put in thresholds afterwards, tiles are chipped where cut, walls and surrounding ceilings are mared with mortar and grout so have to repaint, would not show up when scheduled sometimes only a few hours a week. Beware of this company!
