"Design and engineering excellence without the corporate speak"

Boiler Room helped us build our custom home in Seattle. Starting with steel beams to support flooring in the lower floors, the Boiler Room team then designed and engineered steel trusses in the roof of the building - enabling a spectacular vaulted ceiling on the top floor.

However, the most impressive work by Kevin and his team are the custom black powder coated steel stair mono stringers. Encompassing six flights, Boiler Room measured designed and manufactured mono stringers. On delivery, the mono stringers were winched into position and fixed at a precise angle. Kudos goes to the manufacturing team for the accuracy of the measuring and the consequent fabrication. All six were installed without ANY need for adjustment. Finishing the end product with wooden stair treads was made easy by the awesome design of the rock solid plates welded to each stringer.

The resultant stair is a centerpiece of the home and gets rave reviews from all who see it. The support and strength of the stairs provide a superb walking platform for the family - and friends.

The work performed by Boiler Room was exemplary and their support throughout the process was fantastic. I cannot stress enough the importance of accuracy in a project of this type. We were inspired by the quality of the work performed - Boiler Room were head and shoulders above the many different vendors who participated in the construction of our home.
