I applied for Chinese tourist visas on behalf of my mom and brother. Having done this for myself years ago, I knew what needed to be done and how to have everything correct. The reason we went through this business was so we didn't need to travel down to San Francisco from Seattle in order to drop off and pick up the passports.

We paid for 4 week processing time which was the least expensive but got our passports back within 1.5 weeks of being sent in. Super happy with that!

I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for trying to upsell you multiple times. I totally understand this is a business and they should give multiple options for different levels of service. However, even after declining the services (except for the photo service) in the initial questionnaire, when our dedicated person called me to go over everything, he tried to talk me into having them do all the paperwork for an extra fee. I declined again and was asked to acknowledge in writing that they would not be held liable if paperwork was incorrect.

Other than that, everything was great!

I do recommend this company for facilitating the visa process if you don't have the time to travel to your local embassy/consulate yourself.

Easiest process to get my name changed on my passport. Communication was easy via the phone and over email.

I'm very happy I received my passport before my upcoming vacation. I paid for it to come in 2 weeks but it came in a few days! That's amazing!

I purchased the VIP lite and it was pretty much a one stop shop at filling out forms at the office, taking my picture, just had to bring the necessary forms for my application. It took less than 30 min.

How this business has a 4 star rating is beyond me but it was enough to lure me in and trap me.

I was traveling around the holidays and incorrectly applied for my visa on my own so I reached out needing an emergency visa for my travels. I gave the support caller details of where I was l traveling and with who (my family of 4) in a couple days and needed a rush visa. They quoted me almost $1k which is steep AF but I was willing to pay the price not to forfeit my trip. After they took my initial payment, they called me back and stated that I’d have to pay $1k/person traveling. Why wasn’t this information stated upfront when I told them how many travelers I had? they worked to trap me with a high fee for one person to almost getting me to pay $4k when the visa should’ve only cost me less than $100 for my entire family through other means. Visas can be hard and lessons learned for future travel but this place is a rip off. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR YOUR TRAVEL NEEDS

Highly recommend for obtaining China visas. Straightforward ordering process, with itemized and detailed pricing based on how much you want to do individually. Centralized team with expertise for your specific need, handling everything through the online portal, eform, and email. Full package can be shipped to their office near the consulate, dropped off in person at the Seattle office, and can be picked up from the same office or shipped back to you directly. Roughly about a week from placing the order to getting the full package, took less than 2 weeks to get the visa back in hand. Really friendly staff online and in person.
