I handed over several rare large format glass negatives of Seattle's Green Lake and Fremont neighborhoods to Moonphoto for touch-up and developing. The negatives were well over a hundred years old and not in the greatest shape. On pickup day, I couldn't believe the beauty and perfection displayed on each of the developed photos. The touch-up work was magnificent. The photos crisp and clear. Truly remarkable work.

I brought rolls from 9 disposable cameras here to develop and print. It was very easy to drop off with directions from the staff. It took around 14 days (9 business days) for me to receive a call to pick up my photos and negatives. Will definitely come back here if I need to develop any films.

Just came home after visiting the shop, really happy with my experience with Moonphoto. Staff really knowledgeable and clear throughout the process. I am appreciate them telling me what they can deliver upfront, and communicate really clearly what they offer. And the family photo and art work came out really fantastic! The colors are really well-balanced and the family photo restoration is really precise. Their website is also really transparent with their pricing, so I was able to gauge a quote before going in for a consultation. I would utilize the photo processing service again in the near future that's for sure.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough for your digital prints. We originally printed two large 16x24 images thru Google Photos and were so disappointed by the color and crispness. So we went to Moonphoto. They were incredibly helpful in selecting the right paper and print options to ensure we got the look we wanted. They also offer touch-up to the image before printing, ensuring everything was just perfect. Turnaround time was pretty fast and we couldn't have been happier. Will send everyone here looking for quality digital printing

Great spot to get your film
Developed! They were prompt and delivered my film scans to me as promised. I’ll be coming back to have them developed all my 35mm and other film types in the future!

They threw away my negatives.
I dropped off two rolls of film. When I came back to pick up my negatives, they had already thrown away my negatives. They said they only keep negatives for 30 days and it says on the fill-out form. If they have a 30 day policy, they could have told me about this important information when I dropped off film or reminded me through email, when they sent me scans. A courtesy phone call before throwing away my negatives would've been nice also. I was so sad and upset at the same time because they were not only throwing away my negatives, they also threw away my time, effort, and memories. If there is such important information that customers need to know, they must make sure that all the customers get that information because just by mentioning on the fill-out form and thrownig aways customers’ negatives is not right. I really really really wanted to love Moonphoto but I will never be coming back.

It was last year. I had new rolls to develolp recently, and it reminded me of the experience I had at moonphoto so I wrote a review.

I was talking about the negatives not the scans. Of course I understand the limited storage space. I just wanted to state how Moonphoto missed delivering an important message to a customer and wanted to say please do not throw away customers negatives without stating any notices.

It’s good to hear that Moonphoto updated the fill-out form and started to make sure you inform the customers about the ‘toss policy’.

I have been using moon to develop film and the service has always been great however when I worked with them recently to have some prints done with them they went above and beyond.

I selected a paper that I thought would look good for a particular image. After about a week when the print was ready Bob called me and explained he'd printed it how I requested but wasn't quite pleased with the end result so he printed it on a luster instead and told me I could choose which I preferred when I came to pick the prints up. His professional opinion was correct and I enjoyed the paper he chose a lot more, I was so pleased with this personal touch. Bob even gave me both of the prints without any extra charge which I was not expecting at all.

A real person looking over your prints and giving them the care they deserve is so invaluable and they have earned my business from here on out for print work. Thanks again!
