My husband and I were scheduled on February 13th with my back injury it was a painful day as we were there for total of five hours. The system was down to begin with at the interviewer requesting more documentation showing our marriage was legit and pretty much We had given all what he have and still even after uploading documents online, as of now, we still haven’t received answer. It will be one month on the 13th. If our marriage is not legit, we don’t have friends in our wedding, i would not have in my life insurance policy and health insurance policy. She was asking questions that you can’t imagine it’s included in the system like what is the race of your dog and if the dog had big accident? omg, those are just some example. she was asking my birth certificate and i showed her , I don’t have in my hand, i have my Philippines passport luckily it’s in my envelope and US passport, she questioned my maiden name and i said, I would not become American citizen if my passport was fake and my maiden name is different. I must have a legit BC before granted passport. Now it seems like the case is just hanging up in the air as she did not officially send us letters requesting more than necessary information. I don’t know what she did to our interview as we received nothing no updates at all. I can’t believe that immigrants are more races that Caucasian when they are in that position. I have called USCIS and i could not get to talk to a real person. Can you believe spending 5k in all the process and you don’t get an answer after the interview because the system was down and who knows where she wrote our interview.

I was in the USCIS Seattle office for my biometrics collection on Aug 7. Ana, Charlotte, and Peter provided great help in my case. I was not aware when I arrived there that a mail notice for my application was returned earlier due to the wrong mailing address in my application. The manager in the office helped me find the info and guided me through the process for next steps. She shared with me the USCIS online tool and resources so I linked my application to my USCIS account. Their help made my trip the next day possible. The experience was amazing!

I had a biometrics appointment on 5-21-24, they apparently were short staffed according to the plus size white lady wearing the mask. She was extremely rude to 95% of people not even giving them the time of day. I understand being short staffed but damn lady be professional about it. We had no issues with security or anything else besides her. So beware if you see her working there, she is unpleasant.

Amazing experience with my marriage green card interview. Arrived at the building, went through security. Checked in, and waited. Everyone was super kind the officer who interviewed us was friendly and didn’t make us feel nervous or intimidated. We went with a super organised file with all the paperwork clearly organised and categorised. We went with everything and even a photo album, labelling key dates. The officer and check in agent were super amazed with the organisation and it made everything super easy. Honestly it’s not as scary as you think it is and if feels more like a conversation. At the end he told
Us it went really well and I’d get a notification.

Had my family interview at this center over 3 months ago, nothing changed on case status or anything, after a few days it changed to actively reviewing, it's now over 60 days,plus about 30 days that the case did change. If you ask me "actively reviewing" is where cases go to die. I would advise anyone who has been waiting to file a suit because no one checks the files. Very disappointed 😔

This review is in context of Canada Visa Biometrics appointment on May 13 2024 Monday .
We had appointment booked for different location/state Idaho but its 7 hr drive from Seattle , we went to Seattle Tukwilla Office around 7 :30 AM (Office opens at 8 AM) .People started queuing up around 7:45 AM and around 7:55AM ,security guard opened gate and started getting us in after checking appointment letter (Please note he only checked date of appointment , location does not matter it seems) . We entered exact around 8 AM and were out in 15 min .It was quite smooth experience .
So deal here is : Come early , keep appointment letter handy and you should be good to go .

USCIS is just so corrupted, every time when I tried to call due to extension stamps renew, it will take few times to call into them. Sometimes the staff answers the call and let me hold for several minutes and then hang off, sometimes they just hang off directly… you can not believe how hard to reach out to them because there’s no other way to renew extensions. Been doing this few years and never had one time is smoothly resolved.
