Both the equipment and studio rental services are amazing. Great pricing and the selection of equipment is unmatched, whether I just need a couple odd ends or a complete kit they always have what I need when I need it. The staff is super helpful and friendly, if I don’t know what piece of gear I’ll need, I can count on them guiding me through the options to ensure I get the right tool for the job.

Everyone was very helpful and kind. The location is great, and the environment is creative and inspiring. Parking is available in front of the building, so it is easy to come in and out when picking up. I will continue to support this local business!

Very unprofessional. I called before coming up from Tacoma the day before to verify they could convert Mini DV HD tapes and was assured they could. I get there and the engineer told me they couldn't convert 2 of my tapes and then another one of my tapes got stuck in their converter so he broke my tape to get it out and had the nerve to want to charge me to fix what he broke. I had to ask for a discount and he took $15 off of what should've been much more considering we only converted less than a minute of footage but charged me for an hour's worth. Waste of time and poor service.

Checked out a simple setup for a last minute weekend shoot, and they were very helpful and got me exactly what I needed. The tripod was missing the correct plate to match my camera, so make sure you do a quick setup there to make sure everything fits properly, but the gear is great quality.
