Well stocked locally owned friendly staff market the deli is really great build your own sandwiches is the best deal in town excellent place to stop and have lunch

A puzzle to me that this market charges 20 to 30% more for the same items you can get at Safeway, United, or even Good Earth.

They operate like a large convenience store with high prices for the convenience, so only go there if I need a few items at off hours.

For quality produce and such, Good Earth is far superior, for basic brands and selection United is far better and cheaper. Safeway is cheaper yet, but mostly Safeway brands.

If you're in Fairfax and fancy a deli sandwich, you're in luck. The Fairfax market has a great deli. Sandwiches are fresh and delicious. They have sushi as well. Lots of great snacks and groceries. The tuna sandwich was very good.

Quite a bit of good produce and at great prices.

This store is family owned, which I also like to support.

Since I tend to cook at home quite a bit, I tend to avoid packaged foods.
However, they have quite a bit of good selections of packaged goods in both freezer section and in aisles.

Service is great. Mattie Saldavini is quite the fellow and Joe the produce clerk is very helpful.

Had to stop and pick up some quick supplies, this is an expensive part of Marin and indeed this was a very expensive Market. I assume there's little nearby competition and as everybody there is less price conscience than people who are more concerned with expenses they get away with it.
Still, week selection and high prices made this otherwise convenient local market not my first choice

I'm a regular at Fairfax Market. I have felt safe and well provided for throughout the pandemic. Staff is doing their best to keep a good attitude and be helpful. I really appreciate them! Produce and meats are always excellent.

In addition to being a fairly short drive from Sleepy Hollow, the selection of groceries is very much what I need. Their prices are reasonable, sometimes quite good. Some things are better than others in the fresh foods section, so care is required making selections. Often very fresh produce and meats are available from local farmers. The pastry section is hard to pass without buying something. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Parking is convenient, just off Sir Francis Drake Blvd. The store is not so large as to be overwhelming, but big enough to have almost everything I need. It's true my wife prefers Good Earth and Whole Foods, but I prefer Fairfax Market.
