I am completely unsatisfied with JCCP. Recently picked up 1/4 beef from them and when I get home we were shorted 8 packages of meat. I questioned the employee to make sure we had everything before we left because as he was checking our order and got confused. He then stopped counting and just handed us rest of our order.. I was assured there was nothing left inside. When I got home, I Immediately called them and left a message. Waited one day for a reply and no response. Next day left another message and still no response. I finally got the farmer to call them and JCCP said everything thing is there just mislabeled.

Problem #1. they refuse to return phone calls.

Problem #2. they can't label the packages correctly and that is somehow my fault.

Problem #3. I am still short 6 packages of cube steaks, 1 package of beef liver and 1 beef tongue.

They do not want to even try to talk to me and work this out.

Final point, DO NOT USE JCCP. In my opinion, they seem to be lacking in integrity and honesty.

Wish I could go lower on this review. I typically go half's on a cow with my father in-law twice a year. This is the first time we had the cow processed here. Every cut was done so poorly. It's as if they brought someone off the street to butcher it. Because this lasts us half the year, it's a disappointment every time I open the freezer... Now I will give them credit, they did a good job with the ground beef. It's just disappointing that all that meat was ruined by the way it was cut. Never doing business here again.

Well this is our first time using Jackson County Custom Processing... and we were thrilled with the meat!! And staff!!! We had a whole hog processed chops,loin,ham cutlets, bacon,smoked sausage, and breakfast sausage. Ribs, it was so well packaged and in the exact portions I wanted we will definitely be a repeat customer!!! Keep up the excellent job!! And thanks again for a wonderful job!!!!

Pretty disappointed overall.
-No vacuum packing offered.
-Ended up with lots of cubed steak which I didn't request
-Did not recieve flat iron steak as requested.
-Barely got any ribeyes...
-weight not listed on package.
-See picture of chuck roast and how fatty is, can't control the cow but you can control the trim. Quite a bummer.

I buy beef from the same farmer every time and he's a great guy with great beef. The only issues I've ever had are with processors.

The employees and help at the meat we're super friendly and will definitely use them again they butchering and packaging of the cows were excellent and the cuts of meat Etc highly recommend

The side was processed and frozen quickly. Amazed at how much we have...filled the freezer. Great people.
