This is a long overdue review. I've had great work done here it the past, but on this visit in particular I was met by a very kind, patient, and knowledgeable person who helped me. My son Damien had recently passed away, and I had brought in a custom drawing of him to have put on shirts for myself and my grandson. Ivan was the young man who assisted in getting things just right. I was very indecisive during my visit, and the patience and professionalism that he provided brought a sense of comfort. I never imagined that one day I would be going in there for this, yet being helped by Ivan was a gamechanger for what normally would have been a somber purchase. I will never forget that day. It's definitely that king of customer service that can often be hard to come by now a days..
So definitely take the time to check out this place that is always clean,organized, and full of so many options in the way of shirts, screen prints and much more. Stop by and tell Mo and Ivan that Theresa sent you. You won't be disappointed.

I hate to leave bad reviews, but the customer service and workmanship of the Tshirts are horrendous. First they make you pay ahead of time which I didn’t mind because in the past I had someone else help me in the T-shirt did come out pretty good. This time I went in there, and it was a different fellow and I don’t think he should be making T-shirts . Not only did they take $200 for me for for T-shirts but are embarrassing. I’m going to demand or talk to the owner ask her full refund. I’m sure they won’t give it but it’s not OK what I was provided. I’m posting photos to show exactly how bad it is. The black doesn’t even print black. It is a gray color. The T-shirts are delaminating and the cut outs where it’s limited to the shirt so obvious. There’s also stains on the shirts. The prices are always changing. You cannot count on a reliable price. I even brought my own T-shirt. They charge me more than they did last time when I didn’t have my own T-shirt. I know the mall is going downhill, but I wouldn’t get any T-shirts made here anymore.

They took a very complicated design idea, understood my ask very well, did a custom design and delivery in just two hours. They listen well and execute flawlessly. I recommend this shop 100%. I came in asking for a printed shirt and received it in just under an hour. Service was fast with 100% customer satisfaction. I will be coming here now. Gentleman was very kind and polite.
