**Shockingly unprofessional and overpriced**

Things started off great. The owner sounded knowledgeable over the phone. He quoted me a price over the phone to powdercoat my C4 Lo Pro bumper for my 4Runner, which was on par with other quotes I’d received. When I showed up he he then quoted me $200 more than what he mentioned over the phone... which included my 10% mil discount! Over $250 more than the next highest quote from other shops. I was shocked, but he sounded competent, and I wanted to support my local guy so I reluctantly accepted. Things went south quickly when I came to pick up the parts a week later and pointed out that one side of my bumper was barely painted. He became extremely unprofessional and childish. To the point where an argument ensued. I paid WAY more than I should’ve to get the bumper painted, at the very least I’d expect it to be done right... in the end, he agreed to fix it. But when I came back to pick it up a few days later, he was even more belligerent. For whatever reason, he started calling me “son” (in a demeaning way).. I asked him to not call me that (I’m retired Air Force-22 years-14 deployments).. but he continued to do it in an attempt to get under my skin. Felt like I was dealing with one of my teenagers.

I HIGHLY suggest taking your business elsewhere.

Best powder coating!! Jamie is such a good guy. Talked to him about my project and he is truly passionate about his profession. He goes above and beyond. Extremely happy I found him! Highly recommended!!!

Just called to get a quote from this kid, and I guess he doesn't want people calling him to hire him for work. He talks to you in a condescending and unprofessional manner. This guy needs to grow up so his business can thrive. Good luck to him, but he won't be getting any business from me that's for sure.
