Great experience! Was having a really hard time finding someone to take care of repairing Fire Riser and JCP took care of it quickly and did a great job. Highly recommend using them. Carlos and the technician was a pleasure to work with.

I called JCP when I found water dripping from an upstairs sprinkler cap. They promptly assessed the problem, sent me an estimate contract then scheduled me on the same day for a repair technician. The technicians were great. They found the leak was actually a copper house plumbing pipe and not the fire sprinkler pipe. They could have just charged me their base fee and walked away but they were open to fixing the leak since they were there. They honored the initial repair estimate even though it wasn't a fire sprinkler leak. I highly recommend these guys for your repair needs!

What a team! I had a leak in my home sprinkler system after hours that was leaking through my ceiling onto the kitchen floor. They sent a team out to climb in the sweltering attic and repair it. The repair was finished at 8:00 PM but the repair had to cure for 2 hours before they could turn the water back on. My elderly mother lives with us and needed the water on in the morning. They came back at 10:00 PM to finish the project so she could have the water in the morning.

They were professional, kind, honest and polite. They cleaned up completely when they were finished.

Carlos is amazing! Extremely nice guy, very knowlegeable, competent, professional, detail oriented, reliable, and always on time. He installed all the fire sprinklers in one of our huge projects in a 12,000sqft property in Presidio Heights, gave great guidance through all the inspection process, even on the ones he wasn't assigned to, which was a huge help for us. He also has a great network of people he works with and trusts, and was alble to recommend them to do other work we needed. I highly recommend hiring him. No complaints here! 5 stars service!
