I had a broken window repaired. The customer service over the phone was exceptional. She gave me a fair quote to have the window repaired. The labor price was fair and decent. I was able to get the window fixed in a reasonable amount of time ❣️ The Glass tech Chris did a wonderful job. He worked fast and was very pleasant. Overall, this company has earned 5stars. These guys are the exact reason why I love dealing with small business'. I called around to get a double pane window glass replaced. Four different local stores referred me here. I ended up needing to order glass because it was a weird size. From the quote to the install they were awesome. They even got it finished ahead of schedule.
Holly, in the office, is amazing!! She kept in contact with me every step of the way. I am so glad to be back in the Bay where people are so much nicer than Southern California. It is like night and day. I now know why everyone referred me here. They are definitely the go to place for glass!!! They did a beautiful job too and had a very competitive quote for being a local smaller business!!! Love these guys!!

Kurt completed the required work in minimal time. Good job overall so far. Only 3 stars because he brought a young trainee during Covid to our home, and we're seniors; and he didn't lubricate our obviously sluggish windows after completing his work. It was evident this trainee served no useful purpose. We should have stopped them at the door. Kurt had completed a more comprehensive job for us before but arrived alone.
