I recently moved in with my kiddos and absolutely love it here. The layout is perfect, space is utilized well and I have no complaints! Alyssa and Kyle have been fantastic. Maintenance is extremely handy and capable. Parking is easy. The area is quiet. Easily the best apartment complex I have lived in so far.

Wonderful experience with the staff! I stopped by and The office ladies were very professional and communicated everything about the application, fees, and requirements. They also reached out lots of times. Not sure how true these new reviews are I would love to live here since maintenance also clearly takes care of the property really well

I visited Laguna creek apartments this week and was very pleased with the office staff. Antovia and Alyssa were extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. The property was very well kept and the apartment I was shown was beautiful!! I will be on the lookout for available apartments coming in August.

I recently moved into the apartments and have really been enjoying my stay so far! The staff has been super welcoming, and I absolutely love having access to all the great amenities. The pool table, gym, hot tub, and pool on the property are such a nice touch. I’m someone who likes to stay active, so being within walking distance to Laguna Creek and its amazing trails is definitely a huge plus!

I have been living at Laguna Creek Apartments for the past 6 months. I signed a lease for a year. I requested to break the lease due to the vandalism taking place within the complex. I, along with others, have had the car windows broken into and things taken out of the cars. This happened to me twice while living there. The 1st time it happened, the gate was broken down for months before being fixed. The second time, the gate was operating correctly. In the pictures that are posted, my window was broken out on the passenger side and then the driver's side. Along with other residents who have had their windows broken. I personally would not recommend this place to anyone. You get charged for security, but you very rarely see them, and if you do, it's during the for a few minutes . Crime has no address. I beg to differ. It does have an address. It's at Laguna Creek Apartments.

I recently toured with Allyssa and had a wonderful experience! She and Antovia in the office were extremely helpful in answering all my questions about moving and renting, since this will be my first apartment living on my own. They both also were super accommodating to my puppy - love that this community is pet friendly! I hope to call Laguna Creek home soon!!
