I reached out for a quote and the company was very quick to get back with me. We were placing a Bid on a project and needed to confirm pricing for some of the listed items. We were not awarded the bid, unfortunately, but will look to try and use this company again in the near future.

Product itself was decent, The shipping was a nightmare! The shipment was late which was very irritating becuase I had a forklift rented which cost me about 800 dollars just sitting waiting for delivery. The shipment showed up 5 days late and when I contacted fedex they said they refunded the shipping cost to lead glass pro. I contacted lead glass pro and was told I would have to get the money back from fedex not them. Super frustrating!!!! the shipping was about 600 dollars and the money loss from the forklift was 800. The product itself was good but the customer service was horrible. I will never order from lead glass pro again becuase of this.
