This place is full service - and really cheerful, imo above-and-beyond, helpful service. I walked in unsure if they do passport photos for my passport renewal and found that not only do they passport photos but they can take care of mailing the whole application and will even give you the application to fill out if you don't have it.

I already had my completed application and she was kind enough to double check that I had the correct form, that it was all filled out correctly (nothing missing), she looked at the check I had written to make sure it was for the correct amount and that it had the info the passport service asks for.

It was super easy! I thought this was going to be a 1 hour errand. It ended up being 20 minutes. I learned that they also do visa applications for pretty much every country in the world.

I've been in this store for other things and the owner is always helpful and nice.

The most efficient and friendly mail shop I've ever visited. Lauren is simply the best and a fantastic shop owner. Would recommend anyone in the area needing mail services to use this wonderful little shop.

I just want to take a quick second to just write a review on a great experience I have had here. Truthfully they didn't ask me to and I don't get anything out of this but I was just incredibly blown away by how nice the people are here. The UPS mail carrier even offered me some garlic knots just all around chill people. I actually use anytime mailbox and the guy who was there was extremely chill and just so professional and friendly. Definitely thankful for this service and would be a continued customer.

How great that a small Laguna shop moves on and grows! I saw the ownership of My Laguna Office had changed and went to drop off an Amazon return. Ended up have a great conversation with the new owner. Lots of good things in store for this little Laguna shop… how exciting!
