I bought my girlfriend a brand new Yamaha Wavash E-Bike for Christmas. I payed online. It was confirmed later they needed $400 for shipping and I contacted them before they shipped it to tell them I wanted out. I found one that would ship for $230. They said it wouldn’t ship for another day but too bad they started the paperwork. I was cool with that I decided—my bad.

The bike showed up beat up! Handlebars were scratched, computer scuffed. Grip tape straight-up cut. A brake cable was pinched, and black gloss paint was scuffed. They gave me back the shipping cost and sent me a computer which seemed good enough but then when I finally got the bike put together I found out it was in even worse shape. They ghosted me at this point. I sent videos to them of the brand spanking new derailleur and hangar (zero dust even on it) they were both bent very bad. The front wheel was bent too my girlfriend found out when she went to ride it. I thought I managed to get the derailleur bent back with my straightener, but alas the derailleur must be in bad shape. We took our first ride today (this was the worst Christmas present even two months later) and girlfriend quit after a half mile. Of course a $2000+ purchase should probably roll down the road right out of the box but no, not even close. Don’t waste your time with these guys, and certainly don’t have them pack a bike for you.
Who even knows what else will shake out after I buy new parts for this 5 minute old bike and get them installed.

The worst shopping experience. The worst customer service. They never answered emails, and after many attempts, they answered the phone. I purchased a battery, and they sent me the wrong one. They admitted their mistake, but I had to pay for the return. A month later, I still haven't received my correct battery. A waste of time and money.

Bought a new Yamaha Moro pro from them over the internet .. I've owned many Yamaha products so didn't expect any issues but 20miles into first ride the freewheel locked up. I took it apart showed that the hub retainer ring and backed off and ground into the back of cassette sent pics to Kevin who I dealt with over email. He stated he would get me support from Yamaha under warranty then he just ghosted me. Never responded to multiple email or called back. If you need any support don't deal with this shop. Quick to take the money but worse than no support is the lying to and ignoring of customers.

Found the place as wanted a Yamaha electric and Kevin took his time to explain everything. He is excellent mechanic as well as I’ve gone over 4,000
miles and only thing I’ve done is a tube replacement! Cool shop, cool owner and knows his stuff in terms of electric components in my opinion. Will be back when need tires and brakes.

I was very satisfied doing business with this company. I needed a older charger shipped to Europe. The mailing process was a bit difficult, but they were able to do it in a very quick timeframe. They kept me informed throughout the process and even apologized for an issue that was not theirs. I am very grateful for all they help the provided. Very professional and customer oriented.

Am in PA. Bought a Bosch ebike 4amp charger online - because these guys had stock (they had the mini 2amp charger also!). Nobody on the east coast either had it, knew when it was coming in... Or had the right plug (?! Eh ? I can get a converter but those guys sounded confused. No buy! ).

Spoke to Kevin on the phone a bit - great bike enthusiast - ask him questions!! ordered online - cheaper, better and faster - including shipping - than the east cost guys.
