Do not hire Jose or his shop for any services. He will impress you with his initial friendly charisma and then “forget” to write the service request or the estimate down on paper. Once he has your item, he will swindle you the best he can. When his games have begun, he will damage your equipment and include sub-par work. As an additional service, he will leave you hostile voicemails attempting to corner you to pay him more than the estimate without completing the work agreed upon. Keep him on audio, video, and hold him to doing the paperwork he avoids. Be cautious using any of his services. I have kept all of his messages and hostile voicemails. As they are my property, they are available for review upon request.
