I am very happy with my new, home office that was designed and installed by Pacific Closet and Garage, and I'm so glad that I did not go with one of the bigger, commercial companies. The fact that they were local was a big plus for me. The designer, Mia, came out to my home, listened to my ideas, and emailed me her design that afternoon. After a couple tweaks, I finalized the plan. When the installation date wouldn't work best for me, they worked hard to get it installed a week earlier. Finally, Hermon & Elder (the installers) went above and beyond to make my vision a reality and did an excellent job. When a hiccup did occur, it was quickly rectified, and that's why one goes with a local, family-owned company! Thank you so much to all!

My husband and I recently used Pacific Closet and Garage for two separate projects at our Laguna Niguel home and were extremely pleased with their services.

First, we had them install new window coverings. Glenn Beese, the owner, along with his window covering specialist, demonstrated impressive knowledge and attention to detail. They offered a vast selection of options, and with their assistance we are extremely happy with the window converings we ultimately chose. The installation was seamless, and we were impressed by the professionalism of everyone involved.

Second, we hired them to install organization systems in five closets and completely reconfigure our three-car garage with cabinets, shelves, and slat system panels. Glenn listened carefully to our needs and designed perfect layouts. Again, the installation process was seamless, and the quality of the work was excellent.

Glenn operates a first class company! Had my old cabinets in my garage Laguna Niguel replaced with new gray laminate cabinets. Installation came out perfect and now I can fit everything in. Glenn's installers were thorough, cleaned up as they went, very professional. Glenn is a hands on owner who directly manages his team and works along with them to get the job done. Very friendly and easy to work with. Very responsive to phone calls and text messages. Pacific Closet and Garage did such a great job that I am have them do another garage for me in La Quinta. Pricing is very fair, quality is very high. I had Glenn also do the epoxy floor, great pricing on that. Super quality preparation and workmanship.

Audra did an amazing job with the design of our walk-in closet. She was so patient and accommodating with all the requests/changes that we had.
German and his team arrived on time on installation day. They were so friendly, respectful and diligent. They did a great job with the installation and finished on time as promised.
I shopped around with a few companies and went with Pacific Closet because they offered me the best pricing (for a local company!) with lifetime warranty! Would highly recommend.

We recently renovated our walk in closet with Glenn and his team. Five stars all the way. The planning/quoting process was simple and easy, he worked with me on revisions and redesigns via email, sending me 3-D visuals on what the finished product would look like, the instal was completed in a day; and the closet looks fabulous! It's the first custom closet I've every had and I can tell you, there's nothing quite like a well organized space. They also guarantee their product for life, which speaks to their confidence and belief in what they do.

I selected this company to do a major custom cabinet design, build and installation in my three car garage. Their team of professionals were outstanding and met my very demanding expectations. The process began with their designer Mia. She was my first impression of the company and was very effective. She knows her craft well and made some important and creative design recommendations. The installation team showed up on time, were thorough and worked hard to ensure the large project was completed on time. And lastly the owner Glenn, was an incredible resource who even showed up on the job site twice to roll up his sleeves and make sure everything went smoothly. You cannot go wrong with this company for garage cabinets.

I had Pacific Closet and Garage add some closet built-ins and re-do two garages with slat wall and custom cabinetry.

I was blown away by the service. After the preliminary visit for measurements, I had a proposal within hours.

Installation was quoted for four days, but these guys finished a day early. Not only that, the team showed up literally at 8:00 SHARP every single day. I don't think I've ever had that level of punctuality for any housework thus far.

The team was communicative throughout the build, and the finished product looks amazing.
