The SoCal VA Homes team took good care of me and made my first home purchase a breeze during a time when it definitely should not have been. They kept open lines of communication, were incredibly responsive (and very apologetic when not), and always provided their best effort. This review is wayyy Overdue. If I could give more than a 5 star review, I definitely would. We have never worked with a company that has better customer service skills like the ones offered by SoCalVA homes. My husband and I discovered SoCalVA Homes through social media. We saw an Ad pop up on Facebook regarding an event SoCalVA homes was hosting and we are truly glad we took the time to read what it was about. When they say buying a house is a rollercoaster (it's true) BUT SoCalVA homes made that rollercoaster easy to be on. From the very beginning Peter took the time to really go into detail about the process we were about to begin. I called on a random day just inquiring information and Pete made that call a life changer. I thought we would need to settle for a Condo because I didn't think we could afford a home, however, Pete and his team make the possibilities endless. He had a bigger vision for us and he truly carried it out. We started the process in June of 2018 and closed escrow to receive the keys to our very first home in September of 2018. The whole process from beginning to end only took 3 months!! It was unbelievable. Pete is a very busy person, however, he was always available to answer any questions and even came out to visit us just to chat and meet face to face. No one cares to do that now a days and it truly blew us away! Mike was also incredible. He moved his schedule around and had everything ready for us anytime we wanted to go see homes. We truly felt special when Mike made it a point to visit us before we decided to go out to see open houses. Mike was amazing and if we bought another home I would never hesitate to call him. He is the sweetest man ever and we are truly blessed to have worked with such an amazing team. Pete, Mike and the team at SoCalVa homes will always hold a special place in our hearts because they truly made the impossible possible. They gave us the opportunity to be home owners and be able to provide our 10 month old son with a backyard and his own room. We highly recommend them and we promise you that you won't regret it. I honestly don't have anything negative to say about them. Even at the very end when we thought there was a problem with the escrow company, Pete and Mike stepped in and took all our worries away. If you are looking to buy home, stop looking and just make the call. SoCalVA homes will help you and take care of you every step of the way.

Peter Van Brady was very knowledgeable and helpful in our home loan process. He provided us with various loan options which are tailored to the needs of the borrower.
