If zero stars was an option I would have given it to them. This is a family owned and ran company that was derived from the best and brightest snake oil salesmen. Danny and Tyler are the kings of half truths and delayed information. They have the worst customer service and continue to perplex us with their seemingly unlimited excuse generation. We ordered a LN2 freezer from them in September 2021 with a 14-16 week lead time. It's now October 2022 and we still don't have a functioning freezer. Back in April-May 2022 (after the freezer was supposed to already have been shipped) we had to force them to tell us the status of our freezer, they clearly had no intention of communicating to use that they were behind on the schedule until we forced it out of them. Their first excuse was the SEW was giving them no delivery estimates on their parts they ordered. However, after a few phone calls directly to SEW we were somehow able to procure the necessary parts in a couple of weeks. The excuses haven't stopped to this day. The day of the supposed arrival of our last long lead item, we get a text message from them saying it was lost in transit by FedEX, however no proof of this tracking issue was ever provided. If you are in need of a cheap LN2 freezer look somewhere else. These guys will just take your money and provide you with a non-functional stainless box.
