I needed a custom piece made and came into All Plastic to see about having it done. I was cheerfully greeted by Cheryl who assisted me with the details of my project. The turnaround was next day and I received a call to alert me that my plastic pieces were ready to be picked up. I later discovered that I measured wrong and returned to have additional work done to resolve my mistake. Cheryl had the pieces modified and she didn't charge me for the work (my error, not theirs). I then realized that once again, my measurements were 1/16th or so off which required that I return again to the shop. I was treated respectfully and professionally in spite of the fact that I don't seem to be able to use a measuring tape correctly. Dropped off the items again and within the hour received a phone call saying my items were ready to pick up. I would highly recommend this company for anyone who needs work done in plastic. They have a can do attitude with quick turnaround time and I was treated respectfully throughout. Their prices were reasonable too. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Can I tell you how angry I am. My name is Sherry and I own my own business. I went to this company to get some pricing on manufacturing my inventions. I decided to ignore the bad reviews I had read. My heart just felt like they were spam.
I was right. Will and Cheryl Smith were amazing from the minute I walked in the door.
I had called first to set up an appointment and they were nothing but friendly and professional.
They were not only willing to give me a price quote but gave me referrals to other manufacturers to help me on this journey.
I hope after all the bids I get that this is the company I will end up working with. They are a small family owned business who value their customers.

I was able to get the acrylic pieces I needed for my project cut to my exact dimensions. The price was very reasonable, and the parts were completed in a timely manner. I see that there were some customer service issues listed in some other reviews, but I didn't experience any. I'd say just the opposite, as I first called and spoke to someone there to confirm they could cut my parts, and then I dealt with two different people in person (one dropping off, and one picking up). All were helpful and professional. This is pretty much what I'd expect from any business, but what I've found lacking in many other places. So, I'd give them a thumbs up!

We had a personal matter that required timely support from All Plastic. Elliott was readily available and an excellent communicator. He was able to understand our needs over the phone and draft an accurate plan immediately. Will, Navy Veteran and owner, stepped in and took great care of us, personally preparing the items we needed on the spot. He asked if we were veterans which we both were and he was exceptionally supportive, going above and beyond during a difficult time. We cannot thank you enough, Will and Elliott! Thank you for your service and for your kindness towards us. I would support this locally Veteran owned business!

I am not one who leaves reviews simply because I never have the time to actually sit and type one; but I was so impressed by the awesome customer service I recieved from All Plastic. I was trying everything in my power to explain and draw what I had envisioned for a lit up display I wanted for my wedding, & with the few tips and ideas I gave them... They went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I expected!!! It amazed me how they created EXACTLY what I wanted & more! That's how satisfied I am as a customer, saying "Thank you" over & over again couldn't justify how happy I was. I had to spread the good word through a review. I am a firm believer that the key to quality & efficiency is professionalism! So thank you so much to the owners of All Plastic, Will & Cheryl & their hard working team for just that! I am one happy customer/bride!

Went here for a small sheet of plastic and the staff was marginally helpful at best. They didn't have the one I was looking for in stock, so I went over to their scrap pile and found the next best thing for my application. Waited for about 20 minutes while an employee helped another customer. Ended up leaving without buying anything as my lunch break was over. I went to TAP the next day and they had exactly what I needed in stock and cut it for me right then and there, in and out in 10 minutes and for under $10. Will always go to TAP instead of All Plastic from now on.

I like to support my local business and so when a need for a project I was working on arose I hit the ol google and it pointed me to All Plastics. my order was not a big order last quote I got for what I needed was less than 200.
I call the store a few days later to place the order
E. answered the phone nice enough but he was not able to take my order and would transfer me to W. who could.
I left a vm with W. and my contact info as well as what I was looking for and I awaited his call time and my normal work take over and I get busy with RL ,and 1 week later still no call. I call back and I speak to E. again who is still answering phone and who still cant take an order. All he can do is send me to W. vm again so I have him transfer me I leave a new VM and it still took 24 hours after that before he called
by this time I had found a different source one that had my request ready in 2 hours and was still local
for them to take 8 days to reply and to man the phone with some one who could not take any orders is just fail across the board.
I will not ever use them or refer to them for any future needs
