The hardest part of the CT scan I needed was getting an appointment. Once I arrived for my procedure, everyone was very kind and extremely efficient. The check in was a breeze. A special shout out to Pfeiffer my technician. It was more complicated than a “normal” CT, but she figured it out and had me all done in good time. In addition, her kindness was exceptional. Having just had surgery, I was delicate, and she made me comfortable and feel safe all the through. All around a very successful experience.

I was visiting from out of town, when I sustained an injury. The staff in the ER were very friendly, compassionate and kind. They took very good care of me and did a thorough job checking all aspects of my injury yo make sure I was as comfortable as can be before releasing me. I will follow up with my orthopedic surgeon when I get home. I would highly recommend Adventist hospital if you are in need of medical care.

Dr John Diana, Orthopedic surgeon did an excellent surgery on my left hip replacement. The surgery staff was all professional & very efficient. The nursing staff on the orthopedic unit, PT, OT, Physician Assistant, & Nurse Coordinator were very knowledgeable & made sure that I have all of the exercises & follow up care for a smooth recovery process. I would highly recommend St Helena Hospital for your orthopedic care.

I've been dodging colonoscopy for years. A current problem with my bowels made it a mandatory examination. I was very pleased with everyone that was involved in my colonoscopy and endoscopy. It was clear Early on that the medical staff was very skilled and knowledgeable. They showed me the utmost of respect and caring. Overall, it was an extremely positive experience.

I found your property lacking in signage and services. I'm on a walker and ended walking way more distance than necessary. no directives to go to main bldg to check in. no signage what so ever. no wheelchair services. etc. I was up and down your elevators 3 times for a simple CT scan. Elevators not working in a HOSPITAL. not okay. I found your property to be quite dysfunctional.. luckily the CT scan went well. GET IT TOGETHER! no excuse for this.
