Mike Ballard is an amazing machinist and an incredible human being and his wife Bernadine could be the sweetest woman ever. My son is the captain of Riptide Battlebots and Mike has single handedly changed the quality of the bot and raised Ethan's level of understanding of manufacturing. But, what I want people to know is how special of a guy Mike actually is. Super humble, very hard working, very talented and tremendous integrity. I completely trust Mike and just love this man.
