I needed some 120mm lids quickly and this company came through for me. Great customer service and products from Valencia Plastics and special thanks to Luis for how quickly he handled my order. I'm a start up company, and this company helped me out in designing my product, and they even found a company in China that can build my mold for 50% cost savings. When the mold was finished they helped me in bringing the plastic injection molding through the port of San Pedro, which being a resent college graduate I had no idea on how to do this with all the red tape that the US had with China. Once the mold arrived here in the United States, Valencia Plastics ran my first production order which I'm now selling my products on Amazon.

I used this company to design Lawn ornaments they did a great work on the design and helped me to find a company that had a big enough 3-D printing machine to create my 3 designs. We did not move to the next phase which is building their tools , that is the expensive part we are currently working with investors to fund the tooling once we get the funding we will defiantly come back to Valencia Plastics and their team to build the molds and blow mold the lawn ornaments. We had a nice experience with this company, very patient with me. I thought that they only work with big companies, but they are really focused in helping the small entrepreneur.

The team at Valencia plastics was so helpful in designing my product. It only took the one week to design the part, four weeks to build and mold and now we are assembling all our just in time for Christmas 2018. Valencia Plastics was very helpful in helping me design a nail applicator device that I hope to sell in the big box stores someday. It’s still patent pending so I cannot share too much information, but they fully designed the product, created a 3D printed part, and they even connected me with a packaging company to design my packaging. Now we are moving forward on building the tool. Thank you guys for all your hard work on my product. Awesome job (:

I paid them to run a mold in Dec 2021. It took them 8 months to come up with something that never worked. No communication over this period of time. I called no answer. I emailed no answer. They ended up delivering product to me that was damaged and unsellable with black marks all over the product, I had to throw it all away(thousands of units). They sent me more product and it was also defective and unsellable. We're a year into now and they have not honored or completed what they said they could or would. I transferred to a new manufacturer and they didn't give them all the pieces to my mold and tools after asking over and over for them to. I had to pay more to get my mold fixed and right tools to run my mold. They never return my phone calls, answer the phones or emails for a refund. But I ended finally getting a refund once threatened with my lawyer. Very bad customer service and it put my business in a very hard spot for almost a year. I never want to write a bad review on any company but I wish I would of read something like this to save me from all the lost time and money from trusting a company like this

Luis and Valencia Plastics delivered on what they promised. I needed a part molded that had a very aggressive deadline and they came through in flying colors. The product was molded to tight tolerances, on time, and professionally delivered. Could be more happy with this crew, I will be building additional products with them.
