The incompetence in this company is unreal. You ask HR just to change your number in ADP and they can’t process your simple request. Can’t get my w2 due to her incompetence, now having to file a complaint with the IRS just to even get it. She’s lazy along with the manger, who doesn’t know his left from right, very disorganized. Barely understands machining himself. A lot of promises from this company that were never fulfilled such as a simply employee appreciation party or a raise. They only care bout money, not their employees. If you are searching for employment here, dont. If you’re looking to do business here, I apologize, you’re going to be waiting months for your order with scrap parts. I’d know, I wasted a year of my life here. I honestly feel disgusted even by giving just a star cause they don’t even deserve that.
