Staff is always great to work with and with some bigger loads they often jump in and help.
$21.35 for a BIG truck load of garbage and cardboard not to shabby!!
Miss seeing Kip he usually is in the public tipping area.

The workers here are always very friendly and helpful, they make an extra effort to separate anything recyclable, and they're extremely professional. Frequently folks are coming over to help people unload, and they're always smiling.

Also there's almost always a nice breeze, and there are some crazy views if you bring yard waste or lumber scraps all the way up to the top 🙂

Best landfill/transfer station I've ever been to. Very well run and it's nice to see a crew like this who take their job seriously, and who clearly enjoy and take pride in their work. Nice art installation on the way in/out too, although I'd love to see more of that! Kudos!

Had the pleasure of meeting David this morning! He was absolutely delightful to speak with and he was equally as helpful! I needed to recycle a lot of cardboard from a recent move and a couple bags of trash. I can honestly say I fully enjoyed my trip to this facility! Thanks for making my day David! 😀

Excellent resource for the people of Santa Cruz. They accept all recyclables and garbage. The fees are reasonable too. One car full of garbage cost $21. Card board, batteries and yard waste are free.

I showed up to dump some wood (cost $13.80) and cardboard (free). Kip and the rest of the staff were very informative about where to go and what other things they accept: oil, coolant, lightbulbs, cardboard, (not paper as of 8/30/18), wood, car batteries, and metal scraps.

Visited to see if the disposals had entered vadose exposure.
First reported to Spain by Spanish explorers seeking a water
resource for colonial purposes. Could not find it as machine
usage had changed the landscape..
