We took the chance by arriving just before closure hoping to peek into the factory. We were greeted by the friendliest staff who took our email and contacted us about a tour of the factory the next day. We were lucky enough to have a tour with Richard himself of the entire company and saw all the stages of the guitar making process. Some of the friendliest, kindest and humblest people I’ve met. Thanks so much for a wonderful tour! Highly recommended.

I played a Santa Cruz twenty years ago in college and never forgot it, never played a better feeling acoustic. Finally got to the point I could afford one, and its every bit as good as I remember. Thank you Santa Cruz for your commitment to excellence!

Apart from the guitars themselves (and each one is unique, sounds and plays great), going on a tour of the shop is a great thing to do. You'll see the attention and detail that is put into every instrument and how they do things differently. If you don't already have a Santa Cruz guitar, you'll be putting aside in a new piggy bank to start saving for one once you see their operation.
