Sebastian replaced the burrs on two grinders, a Mazzer mini with nearly 10k shots, and two Bartaza Fortes. He also repaired multiped leaks on my 10 year old Profitec 700 dual boiler espresso machine. All the above are working like new now and the coffee/espresso now tastes so much better! A nice touch; he cleans everything to the sparkling luster it once had, so the equipment also looks like new. You can tell he really has pride in his work. I live in Carmel and would gladly make the trips back. Oh, a side note, he sells two espresso beans one is AU. Unexpectedly, it has become my new favorite espresso bean. Thank you Sebastian!

Sebastian was amazing!
He worked on our old Rancilio espresso maker and now it’s operating like a new machine. It was not an easy task but he stuck with it until everything was working beautifully. And the cost was a fraction of what it would cost to replace the unit.

An exceedingly knowledgeable friend of mine from San Francisco told me this was his go-to shop. I've since learned that this place has the reputation of being the best shop on the whole West Coast. Lucky me. I'm local!

Sebastian diagnosed and fixed a problem with my Quick Mill for a very reasonable price and was as kind as could be. Knowing about this place feels a little like knowing about a great little hidden swimming hole or knowing the guy at the door of a favorite club.. it just makes life a little richer!

I spoke with both Dale and Sebastian. Both were helpful and most willing to assist me in locating a specific stainless coffee mug. Once located, Sebastian was quick to complete the sale and place the mugs out for shipping. Item cost was reasonable as was the shipping charge. Great Infusions is highly recommended.

First off Sebastian and the I believe his name to be Dale, are amazing. The shop is second to none, I consider Sebastian a person friend who kindly invited me into the world of espresso.
