This was the first time coming here. We ordered a pupusa of chicharron and a cheese one and a menudo. The staff was disorganized but the food was ok. The pupasas were under cooked. The menudo was ok. They gave us everything to add except chiles de arbol secos to add in it.

This place is awesome, their meat is extremely good quality, their chicharrons are fresh and top quality, I love coming here. The staff is very kind and encourages people to try new things. We really enjoyed the food we got here and will be back probably every other week.

Definitely a hidden gem in the Roseville area. This business has a rich history serving the area with many years of experience, the current owners grew up in their parents Carniceria, their parents retired and now they opened their very own. Great meat selection, and people always in there for hot foods (both catering and single meals). Love this place!

My go to is a carne asada burrito but today I had a Chile verde burrito and it did not disappoint. It was so Scrumptious and their street tacos and tamales are also all Amazing and the staff is very friendly. Next time I will make sure to post a photo.

For what it is, Walking in the place it was Clean, it smelled good and the employees were communicative and happy to help. Being a foodie and a bet of a food critic I found this food to be, Amazing and authentic. I observed the team there working and making foods from scratch. As small as it is, it’s hard to find authentic food like this in restaurants. If you are Passing by the area I recommend this place over the surrounding restaurants for good food. Photos are of their house made hand made Tortillas, Their Birria, and freshly house made Guacamole. We also got their Empanadas that were also delicious.

Be careful ordering from this place. I placed an order with Maria H. At the end of April. I told her my animals depended on the order. She assured me it would come in no worries. I called a week later to find the order had not come for some reason or another. I went elsewhere for the meat I ordered.
I gave them another chance to fill the order the following month. I called a week ago and placed the order with a confirmation to pick up on the following Tuesday. I called on the Tuesday at 11am, 2pm and again at 4pm before getting through to Maria H.
I was told the order was not placed because they don't have freezer space to store the meat.
Well she told me the same thing last time!
I will not be doing business with Maria.
