Great and professional customer service. The quality of work was beyond what I imagined. I love the ideas and suggestions, with the experience they had, in the classic car industry. My car came out beautiful. Powder coated frame, all new suspension, air ride, front disc brakes installed and complete trunk set up. A1 work!

Our business has used BC Fab in the past to supply air ride suspension kits and components for the last 8 years. Until this year service was excellent and the product was shipping in a timely manner. Our salesperson Jay was fantastic coordinating all of our past purchases.
In 2024 we have had problems with both full air ride suspension products arriving in a timely manner. Our January 1st purchase took until mid-March to arrive and was missing pieces (secondary compressor harness). Previously product had only taken a week to arrive from date of purchase. Our July order still has not arrived and it is mid-September. We called to check on the status of that order and there were was no answer at the company. We then found out our sales manager quit because of internal supply chain issues.
Upon hearing they did not have the product, we called the manufacturer who stated they did not have a backlog of manufacturing. Product orders were being filled and sent to their suppliers per usual.
Our invoiced order said everything was on back order even after the manufacturer stated things were being made on time. My customer is waiting on his job to be completed, but I have no parts, the parts I was depending on getting to me in a timely fashion. I had already paid in full. I called to cancel my order so I could get the money back and get parts from a supplier who had the stock ready to ship.
It's been almost 4 weeks since my request for a refund. I have paid out of my bottom line to procure parts with no surety that I will get a refund.
I wanted to take time to thank Jay, the sales manager, for his dedication. Things really fell apart when he left.

I have a 1962 impala, I had BC Fab install a fast bag set up. Came out excellent. Car could set for 30 days in the garage, holds air the entire time. They went above and beyond, they also made a trunk enclosure, I didn’t expect that. I would highly recommend this company.

I have a 2016 Challenger Hellcat with an older Accuair System. Long story short, roasted one of the two motors. Called BC Fab, was told to come by. Art and staff were friendly and professional. Art walked me thru the issue himself and explained that with a simple upgrade ( Two Platinum Motors and the latest Mother board ) I would be back on the road in no time. Art wasn't kidding. It was done in under 3 hours. Thanks to All that helped me.

Poor communication skills! My son ordered bags from them 3 weeks ago, they said they would ship within 2 weeks and still have not shipped. He's called and emailed with no response. I tried to call with no answer and went to Sales Managers vm and my son said it does that every time he calls. Communication here would be nice! At this point it feels like you're ripping off a teenage kid!! Do better!
