First of all, I want to say that this is one of a kind retirement home facility for how clean and nice it is. You walk in and the atmosphere immediately feels warm and welcome. They have multiple visiting rooms and a huge patio area for residents to hangout outside. I saw that they offer many activities daily for the residents. The best one yet is this facility has an in house chapel that have service every morning at 10am. The staff is so kind and helpful as well. I was checking out many facilities to find the best one for my mom and I think this is it.

I had the opportunity to complete my training at this facility, and it left an unforgettable impression on me. The staff is truly wonderful—caring, professional, and always attentive. The level of care provided here is exceptional, with a strong focus on privacy and individual needs. Everything is clean, well-organized, and welcoming.

What makes this place even more special is the peaceful and spacious outdoor environment. There’s plenty of room for walks and to recharge with fresh air. I’ve seen other facilities, including one where my aunt stayed in Estonia, and I only wish she had experienced the same level of comfort and care that I found here.

My grandma lives down South and sadly went through financial abuse by someone she thought was a friend. After that, she spent months in a facility that wasn’t great. When it was finally time to move her somewhere better—somewhere safer—I was given a very short list of senior homes that accepted her insurance. Out of all of them, Villa Siena was the only one that looked truly promising and, thankfully, it was located up north, much closer to me.

I honestly thought it was a long shot, but I called anyway. To my surprise, Felix got back to me the very next morning. The following day, Matt interviewed me, and within a week, my grandma was accepted into this beautiful facility.

The staff who run Villa Siena are amazing—caring, compassionate, and truly dedicated to the seniors they serve. As someone who works in senior care myself and has been to many facilities, I can honestly say Villa Siena is a hidden gem.

My grandma calls me often just to thank me for helping her get into what she always describes as a “marvelous” place. That’s the word she uses all the time—marvelous—and it warms my heart every time I hear it. It gives me so much peace knowing she’s finally in a safe, loving environment where she’s treated with dignity and kindness.
