I have been a membership of PCU for over 25 years. I adored 4 tellers, two of them are new since Spring, one is Assistance Manger and, one staff are Awesome except the manager is not really friendly to me because I am disability.

This rating is reflective of both the location and the credit union. It used to be great-- a stellar super rewards rate with easy to hit monthly goals. Since they changed to a minimum monthly spend to achieve the goal it's been a miss for me.

Run fast!!!! I never write reviews but these guys are out of control - they had to transfer my car loan under my wife’s name and omg - they never did it they pulled credit score twice and now at the end they want to hook me up with higher interest even though it’s completely their fault. Communication is 0
They don’t reply to emails phone calls vms - even if you get someone on the phone they LIE to you that they will call you back and they never do
If you leave complain - nothing happens
You’re on your own!

They used to be good, responsible no fee. Now the online and mobile banking is completely broken. Now the fees and (I am broke this month) fees are predatory. Grab your money and run. I get two or three $28 fees for every time I can't afford to feed myself and my two disabled kids. Provident, put it where the sun don't shine.

I went in to cash a check that exceeded there limit and was told I couldn’t do it by BOA and it would take 7 business day. Tao and his team were able to get it done and confirmed in two days! Outstanding turn around. Thank you Provident!

Wow ,with a credit score of 744 and income of 160000$ you can’t get a small amount loan ,if they don’t want to give loan why they run people credit ,I don’t know what else they want ,maybe they want joe bidden or Donald trump to co sign for you . do not give any kind of loan application they won’t approve it ,

I had been member with Provident since 2018. I had issue with my loan added with extra insurance but when I was helped by Shrawan Ghimire, I am glad he explained me what’s going on and how could I be helped. Thank you Shrawan

Met with Andrew at the redwood shores branch for a recurring payment issue that I needed to cancel. He was very professional and answered the questions I had with diligence.
Woke up the next morning, checked my email and saw Andrews email to me stating that he had already reversed two payments which prevented me from having to make a phone call or another branch visit.
Peace of mind was a great way to start the day and it was all thanks to Andrew and his commitment to service .
This is what banking should be and this is why I stay at Provident. Thank you Andrew 🤙.
