Second time I’ve been in the store. The same lady near the key department was very rude ! Does not know how to speak to a person. She just said (what you want). I don’t know if she need some education on customer service skills, but this is the second time she’s talk to me that way! I have had several businesses, one being an auto glass business and that it’s just not the way, you talk to people if she’s so unhappy she should need to find a new job!

Walked past the green eggs and was not sure how they worked. Rod was so kind in explaining and I was sold. Unfortunately I have to wait to buy since I just bought a griddle. Wish i would have met rod before. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He goes above and beyond with the customers . He deserves a pay raise!!! Awesome experience. The 5 stars are for rod!

Very helpful staff. Directed me to what I needed. Bought a few things from the monthly flier at very good prices. Also picked up some oddball hardware. Ace has a great inventory of hardware in the back room. Not as crowded as a big box store.

A little bit more expensive than the local Home Depot but the employees are very helpful and friendly. I can always depend on ACE to get me the items not available at HD. Local and family owned, the best reason to shop here. I can always be sure of a great shopping experience at ACE.
