So this is my first time purchasing a Santa Cruz and I’ve had nothing but issues with the frame horrible customer service.. I’m sorry but I’m fed up every time I try to get help I get a bunch of excuses as to why I received a horrible built frame and they’re giving me a very hard time. I would like to speak with the owner before Ifile like complaint.. hope someone reaches out to me soon thanks

I started my biking adventure on a 2015 Santa Cruz Bronson. Now 6 bikes later and almost 10 years later and all of them are Santa Cruz. I can't say enough about the customer service, the quality of the bikes and the warranty. I have only had 2 issues out of the 6 bikes that I have bought and they have taken care of me. I work hard to buy the things I like and to know you are covered by one of the best warranties and people in the industry is phenomenal.
Thank you everyone at Santa Cruz Bikes that makes it a no brainier to choose your products. I am not sponsored by them, and I have bought every bike based on knowing I'll be taken care of. I have all my friends and family on their bikes.

In May of this year the frame on my 2013 Santa Cruz Superlight 29'er broke. Of course I was heartbroken and thought that since the bike was over 10 years old that I had no warranty coverage. So I was pleasantly surprised when Santa Cruz quickly responded to me and said that they would honor the warranty and give me a carbon frame of my choice. They would also do a build for me, or work with a local bike dealer who could swap some parts on my old bike to my new frame. (I chose the latter)
My new Blur came out great. Santa Cruz is a great company. This is my third one; I started with the original Superlight in 1999, moved to a Superlight 29'er, and now I have a Blur. They also stand behind their products. Thanks Santa Cruz.

Called Santa Cruz for Tech assistance. Left message thinking I would probably get a call back in a week or so. To my amazement I was called within an hour! Reviewed my heckler's issue, tech said 90% chance it's my charger. Told me he (SantCruz) will send a new one out to me , 2 days later i received it!!! Plugged new charger to my bike, wella problem solved!! I thank you very much, EXTREMELY SATISFIED with the SUPERIOR level of CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Ive had other pedal assist bikes and never received good customer service nor where those bikes as dependable or comfortable and fun to ride as my Santa Cruz Heckler !! Love it !!!

A high-end bicycle store located at Mission street California. They showcase santa cruz whole bikes and have a bike mechanic area inside. They have a large couch for customers too. staff are friendly. hope to visit again

Beautiful show room with the latest and greatest bikes on display. The factory tour is a cool look behind the scenes at the assembly of the bikes. I highly recommend doing a factory demo - the trails are a short ride from the showroom and offer a great test for the bikes.

Never ever buy Santa Cruz! The lifetime guarantee promise is a bad joke. I have been waiting since July 29th until now (over 30 days) for the settlement of damage for which Santa Cruz is responsible. The bicycle was sold with a stem that must not be mounted on a carbon shaft tube. The problem was already described in 2008 by Dirk Zedler in German Tour magazine. Merida, Trek and Specialized know the problem and mount special stems to their bikes. Santa Cruz doesn't even understand the problem, doesn't make a suggestion to repair the damage. The customer service is extremely bad!!!

Hence my advice, buy bikes from other manufacturers. There is a lack of competence and customer service here! No more Santa Cruz. BEWARE THE WARRANTY IS GARBAGE
