Unacceptable Discrimination and Poor Customer Service

"Ashby Lumber Company has demonstrated appalling discrimination and subpar customer service. Despite competitive prices, they refused to sell to us solely due to our East Coast location. We had arranged for a third-party company to pick up the paid order and ship it to our job site, but Ashby Lumber Company refused to fulfill the order due to our out-of-state location. Their team was uncooperative and treated our reasonable requests with suspicion. It's astonishing that a company would deny business based on geography. Avoid Ashby Lumber Company if you value professionalism and fair treatment."

Ashby lumber has been a great resource for my construction business. Whatever I need from a large materials delivery to small purchases at any of their store locations is always a good experience.

I feel like the pricing is very good compared to other suppliers.
I personally deal the most with my sales representative, Saul Vasquez, he is a very professional and dedicated person who always strives to deliver the best customer service to me.

Ashby-They do their part with Business address maintenance for same. Everything is clean & their control over driver's & OCC other common carrier, is really coordinated. Low environmental impact from their (Ashby) premises.
