Chris has amazing fish and he’s an amazing guy. We’ve been getting wild caught Alaskan salmon from him for over five years. We usually get 10 lbs. at a time of frozen portions ready to use. Sometimes we get the smoked salmon as well. We make a modified poke ceviche type dish mostly. We use a little rice vinagre some soy sauce, hot oil, powdered garlic and a little powdered ginger. Best the day after it’s made.We also pan fry the portions skin on and serve over brown rice with steamed broccoli or kale. So good.

Edited to add: Sorry, I should've mentioned that I bought their salmon from Good Eggs in 0.5lb increments. So, I purchased 2 packets of 0.5 lbs.

I’ve ordered their sockeye salmon (frozen) and all of them has been smaller size than what they said one the package. I ordered 1lb and received 12oz including the packaging weight. 4oz makes a big difference when you’re eating dinner as a family and no one gets enough fish.

I thought it might be off just one time but today received a second order and it’s the same problem. Why not weigh your fish correctly?
