Be 100% sure which location you are talking to: they have a Santa Clara and Menlo Park location.

I was in the San Jose (The Alameda) location which is close to the Five Guys. Staff is VERY friendly, very knowledgeable, and very professional. I was told keys are not guaranteed since I brought my own blanks.

I brought in my foreign motorcycle and the two copies they made started my bike with no problem. I highly recommend this business!

Always fast first class service & very reasonable rates. Over the past year I've brought in lock cylinders to be rekeyed for various clients, and always had them finished in under an hour, sometimes in under 5 mins, depending on how busy they are. This is my "Go To" locksmith.

BEWARE!! This is a suspect locksmith that has questionable integrity and business practices. I have been the property manager at a local Bay Area Marina for the past 35 years. We pride ourselves on the security and safety of the marina. However, I have noticed recently that AA Lock has been making unauthorized duplicate keys for the gates to the marina, even though our keys are very clearly stamped "DO NOT DUPLICATE".

Needless to say, this has created headaches for management since the unauthorized keys have compromised our security. Ask yourself... would you feel comfortable doing business with a locksmith who thinks nothing of making duplicate keys for your car, home, business, etc. and handing them out to anyone?

These guys are great. A huge variety of keys and good service. They saved my bacon when my roof rack key broke the night before a camping trip. They were able to modify a VW Jetta gas cap key to open my Thule rooftop carrier.
