I went to this location to avoid the long lines at USPS.

When I arrived, there was only one customer in front of me.

I quickly understood why there weren’t many customers there.

He tried to charge me three times the price I was given via online for shipping via USPS ground advantage.

I’d recommend this place if you enjoy bad customer service and the exuberant prices !

Owner was rude. I was dropping of a FedEx return. Owner said I needed to go to FedEx. I asked isn't this a FedEx drop-off, he said no..I need to go to FedEx. I asked if I could buy a box to put my item for return and he said go to FedEx. As I was walking out a FedEx van pulled up. I asked him where is the nearest FedEx drop-off. He said postal annex could help me..lol..I said he told me to go to FedEx. The FedEx driver gave me a box for my return item and a adhesive sleeve for my paperwork to attach to the box and told me go up the street and drop off at Walgreens. So I did that.. no problems whatsoever. Thank You FedEx driver!...Never going back to postal annex (-).

There are plenty of other better places. Their hours of operation or whatever they make up their mind at in the morning. And whoever is behind the counter refuses to give receipt for drop off. And said he's never done it and never will. I drop off a lot of packages and will never use this location again.

I found this little gem of a spot a couple months ago and forgot to write my review. I had received a Western Union transaction. We went to numerous other places in town to try to get the money, most didn't have the money to do so and then when I finally found a place they would not do it because my middle name was not on there as it was on my ID. It was really important to get this and Postal Annex was able to help me to get it cashed out and sent me on my way. The lady that was working, unfortunately I have forgotten her name, but she was wonderful!! Very very friendly and very very helpful. Because of the great service I will go there again for my mailing needs.

The owner is always so nice and welcoming! I’ve been using this store for years and just recently had a good chat with the owner. ReLlt nice guy down to earth loves his job and this town.

One of the worst services I’ve ever received, have spent Hundreds of dollars here utilizing notary services as well as shipping and the owner refused to tape a box I had already labeled even offers to pay any fee he wanted for taping, also offered to buy my own roll of tape which he didn’t have…never again will I waste a dollar here It’s worth the drive to go anywhere but here!
