Second year in a row they’ve messed up our cuts. First time we called to make them aware. This time I’m fed up. This year it was the brisket. The most expensive cut of piece of meat we were planning to receive and have for Father’s Day. When we called to ask about it the woman on the phone was not sympathetic and did not care. She said “it happens”. We said we wouldn’t do business with them again and her response was “that’s okay”. Horrible customer service from this woman.

$218.00 for a basic cut?! What a rip off. Their excuse? “We have to pay our employees $18.00/hour.” Cool, an entire deer wouldn’t take two hours on a bad day.

Mr. Pohlman is a man of integrity and I really enjoyed meeting him. Good old-fashioned service. We need more people in this world like him. Everybody I dealt with there was extremely helpful cooperative and worked with me on my schedule. I'll never go anywhere else
