Very friendly and helpful. The owners and staff are all very friendly and helpful. They were kind enough to allow me to 1 of their recycled boxes at no extra charge. They also took time to see what was the most economical way to send. Sometimes it cak get busy in downtown Davis so you might need to park farther away and walk.

A superb customer service. All the staff are knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. Laura is fantastically helpful. She did the Notary, copied the originals, gave me a discount on the second copy, and was very friendly. A little disappointed. Came here because of high rating but the place I sent my finger prints to rejected them due to poor quality. The gentleman who was helping me was nice but didn't even check the quality of the prints. I wasted money and time and now I still have to go to a different place to get this done.

Great customer service. Nice and helpful people. Only drawback is they don't seem to have parking (the area beside the building belongs to Bistro). Live scan fingerprinting here. Got in and out in about 15 minutes.
